It’s bold; it’s crazy; it’s brilliant. Off the back of their first record Best of Friends, and its wonderful B-side Last of The Summer Wine, the latest single from the PVs is an absolute gem and is only serving to increase the perception in my mind that this band can do no wrong. Single-handedly reinvented British rock’n’roll is a huge task, but one that they seem to have undertaken with ease. Well, with band members with names such as Sam Fryers and Chilli Jesson, what else were they going to do?! They’re being dubbed the saviours of guitar music, and critics and music fans alike are fully anticipating that their debut album 180 is going to be one of the most important and influential records of the decade. Here’s hoping that it doesn’t disappoint, although with the calibre of the music we’ve heard so far, I think that is very unlikely.
